At Your Virtual Room, we work closely with architects, designers and builders who are looking to outsource the expert measuring and planning phases, giving you more time to focus on adding your creative flair or taking care of the building works.

We can either provide you with the Technical Analysis, expert measuring and CAD setup, ready for you to design within the software; or we can work under your brand with your client to bring their creation to life … and handing you the final spec sheet to carry out the works. We’re here to work as an extension of your team, freeing you up on the phases that aren’t as cost-efficient for you.

We value our corporate clients and are always available at your service for any kind of residential or commercial CAD and virtual reality (VR) room designs.

Our Working Process

We've distilled our collaboration process into 4 Steps – the same steps we've been using for more than 20 years in the industry ... all to ensure the most streamlined and efficient service to be provided to each client.

1 Initial Meeting

An initial video call or meeting to discuss the scope of your projects, discuss how you'd like us to fit into your workflow, as well as answering any questions you might have. We'll always remain 'white-label' under your brand, as an extension of your team!

2 Meet in-person

Our designer will meet with you (or your client) at the premises to carry out all of the expert measuring. These will be passed on to you, or, we can also get involved in the design/VR process to whatever degree best suits your business.

3 Brought to life

Your designs will be brought to life using virtual reality and CAD, with the ability to explore your design within a 3D environment, to help refine your ideas. These can be sent direct to your clients, or we can just send them to you.

4 Revisions and sign off

Suggest any design revisions so we can make changes until you're 100% happy to approve your final plans and be provided the full spec sheet! We'll work with you to whatever degree best fits your workflow, and will always remain 'white-label.'
